If you could go back, would you do things differently?

Hello ladies,
For those of you who planned planned and planned on GS and are now married and living life, if you could go back to change things and do anything differently regarding your wedding, partner, anything relative, what would it be and why? Or something you wished you had done, something you really wanted and couldn't get for your big day? Expectations from marriage that were met, weren't met?
