Florida Wedding 2016

We have a family wedding in Orlando, Florida in 2016. We don't live there so I am looking for some help with:

Rental hall for reception
Hair and makeup artist
Mehndi artist
Pakistani boutique or any aunties selling good quality clothes
Rental house for a big wedding party

I am just starting with this so will have a tons of questions as things come up.
