Medical grade skincare

Has anyone here tried it? I have been watching alot of videos about it and read about it too. It's supposed to be much better than what you can find in department stores or drug stores as they are medical grade, hence, they have more potent ingredients

I am very interesting in trying some products from Skinmedica, and Osmosis for example, they are just so expensive!!

Thoughts anyone?
