Tax in Pakistan?

Hello!
I'm not sure about which forum to post this in, but hopefully someone here will know how to answer!

I'm planning my wedding which will be taking place in Lahore, Pakistan.
But maybe half of the venues mention tax when I ask about costs - withheld tax and government sales tax - but no one's actually answering my question about what the tax rates are!

Does anyone know what the tax rate is and what things they apply to?
