dark cricles undereyes

I have dark under eye circles that are always there , no matter how much I sleep! I have been to the doctor she think its genetic.
What are some good creams and serums for dark circles that I can try?

I came across this Dr Brandt dark circles away collagen eye serum , I am wondering if anyone has tried it?
I don't want to just start using anything , given the area under your eyes is pretty sensitive

any advice is appreciated
